New Patient Exams

We make sure that we take time to get to know you and your pet when you first visit Pacific Veterinary Hospital. Your pet will undergo a comprehensive physical exam, which typically includes laboratory tests for bloodwork. We’ll inspect your pet from nose to tail as well as ask you questions about your pet’s normal behavior, habits, and lifestyle. We’ll also ask you questions about your pet’s vaccinations and medical history. We want to get the fullest picture of your pet’s health so that we can make sure we give you and your pet the most helpful recommendations. It’s important for us to get to know you and your pet! If you have any questions or concerns, we’re happy to listen and provide answers. You play an important role in your pet’s health too, so we want to make sure that you feel empowered to give your pet a happy, healthy life.
